Wear them for a year. If they stop feeling right, we replace them.
We knit our socks to do one thing: hold without gripping, and stay comfortable from the moment they go on until they come off. If a pair ever stops doing that, we would rather replace it than have you quietly stop wearing it.
The promise
If at any point within 12 months of delivery your Comfort-Fresh socks stop feeling the way we said they would — the cuff begins to bind, the toe seam starts to bother you, or the cushioning gives out — we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.
You keep the original pair. There is nothing to send back.

- Include your order number and tell us in a sentence what changed.
- We ship your replacement pair. No form, no return label, no photographs required.
What is covered
- One replacement per pair purchased.
- Orders placed directly at comfort-fresh.com.
- Any size, any style, any colour in our range.
- Twelve months from the date your order was delivered.
What this is not
The 1-Year Comfort Promise is a replacement promise, not a refund. It sits in addition to your normal 30-day return rights — if you would rather have your money back within the first 30 days, the Return & Refund policy still applies in full.
Why we can offer it
We are a sock manufacturer, not a reseller. We knit these ourselves, so replacing a pair costs us a pair rather than a margin. That is the whole reason a year is affordable to promise and a year is what the socks should last.

- Free US shipping on orders of $50 or more. Economy shipping is otherwise $5.99, delivering in 7-12 business days.
- Sizes through US 16. Sizes 13-15 and 14-16 are knitted in short runs and sell out first.
