Shipping
Orders ship from our warehouse in Logan, Utah within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping (3–5 business days in continental US) is free on orders $35 and up. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95.
Expedited options (2-day, overnight) available at checkout.
International
We ship to Canada, the UK, and EU countries. Rates calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
30-day return window from the day your order arrives.
What we accept
- Unopened packaging: full refund, free return shipping
- Worn once, unwashed: full refund, free return shipping
- Worn and washed: exchange only, for size or color issue
How to return
Email service@comfort-fresh.com with your order number and reason. Prepaid label sent within 1 business day. Refunds post within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Warranty
If a sock has a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, we'll replace it free. Email service@comfort-fresh.com with a photo and order number. Normal wear is not covered.
