FIT & SIZING
How do I know what size to order?
For daily-wear socks, size by shoe size. For compression, size by calf circumference.Two diferent systems — they're not interchangeable. See the Fit Guide.
Do your socks run true to size?
Yes, with one caveat: if you have a wider calf, size up.The non-binding band stretches without compressing, so a larger size won't slouch.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up. Always. Our socks ft loose-to-correct but never tight-to-correct.
FABRIC & CARE
What are your socks made of?
68% bamboo viscose, 26% nylon, 4% polyester, 2% spandex — the same blend across every style.
Can I put them in the dryer?
Yes, on tumble low. For compression specifcally: air dry, no tumble. Heat degrades the elastic fbers and reduces compression efectiveness.
Why no fabric softener?
Softener works by coating fbers with a waxy layer. On bamboo, this blocks the natural moisturewicking and anti-microbial properties.
How long do they last?
Most customers report 18–24 months of daily rotation before showing wear at the heel. Bamboo gets softer over time, not rougher.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How fast do you ship?
1–2 business days from Texas. Standard 3–5 days continental US. Free on $35+.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Canada, UK, EU. Rates at checkout. Duties are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return worn socks?
Worn once and unwashed, yes — full refund. Worn and washed, exchange only for size/color issues. See our full returns policy.
What if there's a manufacturing defect?
Email help@comfort-fresh.com with a photo and order number within 6 months of purchase. We'll replace it free.

How do the bundles work?
2-pack no discount. 4-pack 15% of . 6-pack 20% of . 8-pack 25% of . Compression is 1/2/3/6 tiers at 0/10/15/25%.
Can I mix colors in a bundle?
Not yet — bundles ship in a single color and size. Mixed-color bundles are on our roadmap for2026.
Do you run sales?
Rarely. Our everyday price is already below most premium bamboo sock brands. Newsletter subscribers get frst access to any discounts we do run.
