Good for diabetes & neuropathy?
Yes — the non-binding cuff and seamless toe are designed for diabetic, swollen and sensitive feet, reducing pressure points and irritation.
Will they fit wide feet & swollen ankles?
They are built with extra stretch and come in 9-11, 10-13 and 13-15. The cuff expands for wider calves without squeezing.

Eight hours in a seat does something to your legs.
You feel it standing up at the gate. Or getting out of the car after a long drive. Or at the end of a day where you never really left the desk.
Graduated compression works by being tightest at the ankle and easing as it climbs. That gradient is the entire mechanism — and it's the thing most socks marketed as "compression" don't actually do.
The credential most brands don't have
These are listed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a Class I medical device under 21 CFR 880.5780(b). Most compression socks sold online are not listed at all — they simply print the word on the label. You can check ours.
- Graduated 15–20 mmHg. Genuinely graduated, ankle to calf.
- Open-toe construction. No cramping across the toes on a long flight.
- Non-binding top band. Compression where it's meant to be, nowhere it isn't.

Why we include the donning sleeve
Nearly everyone who quits compression socks quits for the same reason: they're a fight to put on. The sleeve is silk. The sock goes over it, your foot slides through, the sleeve pulls out. Ten seconds. The reason you gave up last time wasn't the socks — it was the two minutes.
One long flight to decide
Wear a pair on your next flight over three hours. If your legs don't feel lighter at landing than they usually do, full refund — and keep all ten pairs.
Knit per size band
Graduated compression has to be knit specifically for each size band. We run S/M/L/XL once a month. XL always goes first.
Wash cool, air dry. Do not tumble — heat degrades the gradient.
