Graduated 15–20 mmHg compression in an open-toe construction. Listed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration under 21 CFR 880.5780(b) as a medical support stocking.
The open-toe design makes these easier to put on and take off than closed-toe compression — useful if you have limited reach, swollen feet, or arthritis in your hands. Toes remain uncovered, which some wearers prefer for sandal wear or hot weather.
Graduated compression means the pressure is firmest at the ankle (15–20 mmHg) and tapers as it moves up the calf. This gradient is designed to support circulation during long periods of sitting or standing. Common use cases: long flights, office work, post-surgery recovery (if cleared by your physician), late-pregnancy support, and endurance recovery.
68% bamboo-blend fabric for breathability — unusual in compression wear, where most brands use polyester/elastane only. Bamboo reduces moisture and odor buildup during the 8–12 hour wear windows common with compression.
Important — read before buying:
These are medical support stockings, not prescribed medical devices. If you have a diagnosed circulatory condition (deep vein thrombosis, peripheral artery disease, severe edema, diabetic neuropathy with loss of sensation, or similar), consult your physician before using compression socks. Do not use if you have an acute skin infection, severe arterial disease, or have been advised against compression by a medical professional.
Sizing: compression sizing is based on calf circumference, not shoe size. Measure the widest part of your calf in inches. See the fit guide below for the size chart.
Care: Hand wash or machine wash cold in a mesh bag. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry — heat degrades the elastic fibers and reduces compression effectiveness over time.
Why bamboo
Our 68% bamboo blend is what makes these socks feel different on the first wear — and keeps them fresh longer between washes.
